Terms of Service
By using Crown Profit Empire’s Auto Review & Rank Riser System (“Service”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Provided

You are purchasing an automated review-request system that sends check-in texts to your customers and delivers your Google review link only to customers who respond YES.
The service also includes:

  • A local forwarding phone number

  • Call routing to your main business line

  • Automated review messaging

  • Basic optimization support to ensure system function

No website, advertising, or marketing services are included unless listed separately.

2. Payment, Billing & Refunds

  • All setup fees and the first month of service are non-refundable once work begins.

  • Monthly billing renews automatically unless canceled.

  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing only.

  • There are no refunds for previous billing cycles or unused time.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information needed for system setup.

  • Grant temporary Google Business Profile manager access so we can update your forwarding number.

  • Maintain compliance with Google’s policies regarding customer messaging and business profile behavior.

4. System Limitations

  • Crown Profit Empire does not control Google approvals, policy decisions, visibility, review outcomes, or customer behavior.

  • Results vary based on how customers respond to messages.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your customer lists and phone numbers are legally obtained and compliant with texting laws.

5. Misuse & Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the system to send spam or unsolicited messages

  • Add contacts who have not interacted with your business

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the system

  • Use the service in any way that violates federal, state, or carrier rules

Misuse may result in immediate termination without refund.

6. Liability

Crown Profit Empire is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue

  • Account suspensions

  • Google policy changes

  • Customer messaging outcomes

  • Phone carrier restrictions or message filtering

Liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid in the most recent billing cycle.

7. Changes to Service or Terms

Crown Profit Empire may update these terms or improve system features at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
